Welcome to Yaad Interactive WiFi. By accessing and using our WiFi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Yaad Interactive WiFi ("we", "our", or "us") provides wireless internet access through our WiFi hotspots. We offer both:
- Free Access: 30 minutes of complimentary internet access through social login (Google OAuth)
- Paid Access: Extended internet access through voucher codes purchased via Paynow payment gateway
2. Acceptable Use
By using our service, you agree to:
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the network
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Not use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content
- Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Not use the service for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Prohibited Activities Include:
- Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
- Downloading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
- Accessing or attempting to access restricted or illegal content
- Using excessive bandwidth that affects other users
3. Account and Access
3.1 Social Login (Free Access)
- You must have a valid Google account to use free access
- You consent to us accessing your basic profile information (name and email) for authentication
- Free access is limited to 30 minutes per session
- After the free period expires, you must purchase a voucher for continued access
3.2 Paid Vouchers
- Vouchers are purchased through the Paynow payment gateway
- Payment methods include EcoCash, OneMoney, and Visa/Mastercard
- Voucher codes are delivered via SMS to your registered mobile number
- Each voucher code can only be used once
- Voucher validity periods vary by package (daily, weekly, or monthly)
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through Paynow, a third-party payment processor
- Prices are displayed in USD ($)
- You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider
- Payment confirmation may take a few minutes to process
4.2 Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a voucher code has been generated and delivered to you.
- Refunds will only be considered if you were charged but did not receive a voucher code
- Technical issues preventing access after voucher redemption will be resolved through support, not refunds
- Unused vouchers cannot be refunded or transferred
5. Service Availability
- We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without prior notice for violations of these terms
- Network speed and quality may vary based on location, number of users, and other factors
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our service, you consent to:
- Collection of your device MAC address for network authentication
- Storage of your mobile number for SMS delivery of voucher codes
- Processing of your email and name for social login authentication
- Use of cookies and similar technologies for service functionality
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and branding on our portal are owned by Yaad Interactive or our licensors
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for service operation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
- We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or damages resulting from your use of the service
- We do not guarantee the security of data transmitted over public WiFi networks
Security Reminder: Public WiFi networks are inherently less secure. We recommend using a VPN for sensitive transactions and avoiding accessing confidential information while on public WiFi.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these terms
- Remove any content that violates our policies
- Block devices that engage in prohibited activities
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time without prior notice
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
- Major changes will be communicated via our portal or email
- You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
12. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party providers:
- Paynow: Payment processing
- Google: OAuth authentication
- Infobip: SMS delivery
- Supabase: Data storage and authentication
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yaad Interactive WiFi regarding the use of our service.
By using Yaad Interactive WiFi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
